But apart from Harvey there is one more strong reason I love watching it which is - “Jessica Pearson”. She represents strong personality and plays a solid character as managing director of the firm.  No wonder She is impeccable in series , let it be her impressive & inspiring dressing style, her way of calmly handling all problem, let it be all kind of emotions involved decision like firing Louis/Katrina from the firm or saying Goodbye to her boyfriend Jeff Melon, We can’t miss her walks on the floor visiting partners cabins, that witty smile :). She has unique style of handling things and she truly represents a bold leadership style. Let’s list down some of unique leadership qualities of Jessica Pearson- Suits USA.

 She is always reachable to all level of associates - Even being managing director she’s the first one to be in office and last one to leave. She is reachable to everyone in the firm, as we can see many events in series when associates, partners, senior partners can approach her at any time during the entire day for advice and they are never disappointed to find the solution. E.g Rachel reaches her out for issue at her law school.

She is always step ahead: - She is always seen one step ahead when difficult time knocks the firm, you can’t throw a situation in front of her which she would not have prophesied. Which shows she is well prepared for any crisis at firm. She always gets what she wants, she manipulates the situation with her strong experience and take strategic lead. E.g In some cases when she seen taking lead on few cases where she thinks she is needed.

Balance of Work- Social life- Despite of having a busy day at work, she is seen enjoying her social life to connect with her contacts. She keeps her personal life aside of work. Harvey mentions in one episode that he didn’t even know if Jessica was married. She knows well to draw the boundaries with the team. Many events she is seen using her contacts for firm’s welfare. E.g. She s seen going for charity events, Dates with Jeff.

Mentor to the team: - She invests in her employee after identifying their potential. Its seen that Rachel always approaches her when she needs advice in case, or her law school queries. Jessica sees the potential in Harvey when he was associate,  invests in him and  pays for the Harvey to go to Harvard law school.
